Our Medical Spa is at 6036 Rochester Road Troy, Michigan 48085. We are conveniently located at the cross streets of Rochester Road and Square Lake Road, three miles north of I-75 and 1.5 miles south of M-59. You’ll receive a personalized treatment plan based on an in-depth discussion with one of our medical aesthetics professionals during your initial consultation.
Our History
I AM Here To Serve Your Beauty
Lena and Stephen Hurt have seven kids (two hers, five his), and eight grandkids, like an extended Brady Bunch. They married in 2019; they still feel like newlyweds.
To support her daughters, Lena launched her beauty parlor in 2012 where she provided eyelash extensions to the lovely folks of Birmingham, MI.
In a year, she moved to Troy and rented a beauty salon facility. Following their wedding, Lena and Stephen leased a 900 SF room to accommodate the growth of her business!.
After parting from a 30-year sales and management career, Stephen started helping out at the salon with marketing. It was during this time that they discovered their passion; the beauty salon and its clients.
Working together brought Lena and Stephan much joy, and the challenge of the work brought them closer together.
After much research, thought, and prayer, they decided to use their savings to open a medical spa to better serve their clients!

Board-certified medical director Dr. Gina Gora leads our team of one nurse practitioner, and three medical aestheticians.
With a combined total of more than 50 years of experience in the aesthetic and medical disciplines, we are expertly prepared to help you on your journey to I AM.
