Policy on Shipping and Returns

I AM Skincare appreciates you stopping by and shopping with us. Our Shipping Policy is based on the following terms and conditions.

I AM Medical Spas and Laser Center, Inc. (IAMSS, INC.) runs this site (“we,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IAMSS, INC. (I AM Medical Spas and Laser Center) website and any other websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, and online services to which these Terms link (collectively, the “Sites”), as well as any services we provide in connection therewith, such as matching attorneys and other volunteers with charitable organizations (the “Services”). These Terms are in addition to any other agreement you may have with IAMSS, INC. (I AM Medical Spas and Laser Center) for products, services, or otherwise, and do not modify or alter the terms or conditions of any such other agreement. 


The Terms and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Sites are subject to change at any time and at our sole discretion. You agree to waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and that any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised versions on the Sites. Using these sites after any changes or modifications have been posted means that you accept those changes or modifications.

Customers should expect potential parcel delays for the foreseeable future due to unforeseen circumstances, including the ongoing impact of the pandemic, overwhelming demand for deliveries across the USA, and modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe. 


Transportation Within the Country (Continental United States) 

All orders are processed within three to five business days. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not shipping or delivery days. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. There may be a delay of up to 10 business days for delivery. We will notify you by phone or email if there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order due to unforeseen logistical circumstances. 


Costs of Shipping and Time Required for Delivery (Continental United States) 

Expedited shipping, which typically takes between 5-7 business days, is provided at no additional cost for orders that total $100 or more in the United States. (Please be aware that Covid-19 could cause delivery delays.) 

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout for any orders that total less than US$100. 


Payment Options and Anticipated Ship Date (Continental United States) 

For Purchases Over US$100


Orders over $100 USD qualify for free expedited shipping, which typically takes between 5 and 7 business days to arrive.


Expedited Shipping Plus: For orders between $50 and $99, we offer

Express Shipping for a flat rate of $20.

Express Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive after shipment. 

Expedited delivery in 5-10 business days is available for an additional $10 on orders totaling $50-$99 within the Continental United States. 

For Purchases Less Than $49 

Rush delivery is available for an additional $15 on orders under $49 US and will take between 5 and 7 business days. 

Standard Shipping: For orders under $49 US, standard shipping will cost $12 and take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive. 

Occasionally, there may be a delay in shipping. 

Order Status Updates and Tracking Information 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number (s) attached. Within a day, you should be able to use the tracking number. 



Please note that IAMSS, INC. (I AM Medical Spas) is not responsible for lost or damaged items that occur during shipping. We place a premium on customer happiness and after-sale support, and would like to help out and make amends in appropriate cases. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim if your order arrived damaged, or email us at if you have any questions or need any help. Before filing a claim with the shipping courier or contacting us, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods. Send us an email detailing the damage sustained in transit along with the shipping receipt. 



We have a return/exchange period of 30 days. Once you’ve had an item for 30 days, you can return it for a refund. All returned items must be in their original condition within 30 days of delivery and include all original tags and packaging. You’ll need to show proof of purchase as well, obviously (e.g confirmation email, order number). 


Each refund request is evaluated independently. You can email us at to initiate a return/exchange or to find out if your order qualifies. Just let us know what went wrong with the order, the order number, your name, phone number, and address, and why you want to send it back. Your return shipping label and further instructions will be emailed to you once we have received and processed your return request. 


Do not send items back to us unless you have requested a return or exchange. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return and will be discarded. Unused or opened items cannot be returned for a refund.
